Why are so many of you so pleased with Mr. Walthers ? Check out: pw1.netcom.com pw1.netcom.com These docs show SEXI's 2nd qtr 10-QSB filing. Note that they show 64 million shares as of 8/31/96 and are signed off by Mr. Walthers on 9/22. This man is either incompetent or another scam artist. He knew what affect those extra 20 million shares would have on the price of the stock, but he went along and said nothing when the silly buy back was announced. Sorry but this announcement by Walthers does not give me any reason for optimism. Jim
