Just returned from the PDAC. Wed. morn was a presentation on VEN Mining law. Lawyers and some rep from VEN were there. Good overview but nothing specific. Also talked to the TSE survelance officer. Nice guy and serious about his work. I went away with a good feeling about KRY. Just based upon reading the tea leaves. The court is considered independent and changes were just proposed to the mining law earlier in the week that indicate to me a legal system is being formulated to avoid these problems in the future. Everyone is waiting for the Supreme Court . No amount of chatter here is going to change that. By the way Richard and Andrea were very pleasant and helpful at the KRY booth.
