To All,
Here is evidence that it is okay for a CEO to respond to a message board.

About Gershein and Carroll

On behalf of STAR Telecom CEO, Chris Edgecomb -

"Although Gershein and Carroll have never worked in the same company, as President of MFS
Gershein had alot of interaction
with IDB/Worldcom of which Steve Carroll was President. Both of these guys have had alot of
business interaction with the CEO of
STAR Telecom over the last ten years. As Presidents of their repective companies, both guys cashed
out with alot of money when
their companies were sold to Worldcom. The fact that they would be willing to serve on STAR's
Board should say alot. Technically
they did both work for Worldcom at the same time, but at the time MFS was purchased by Worldcom
Steve had been promoted to
oversee all European operations and thus they most likely didn't spend too much time hanging out
together eating Catfish in Jackson,
Mississippi. Any other questions?"
