Laura: Fund switching prefers a market in which sectors have long (several months) stable trends. In the current market the sectors rotate too often and too volatile. There is a lack of stable trends. To today's best performing sector may be the worst sector tomorrow. Let's hope better days ahead. Bernie's newsletter and Chips' charts are very helpful. Julius
