I'm new to the board but have been following it for several weeks. Stealthy raises several legit concerns but a few thoughts. First, the company owes shareholders the same legal obligations regardless of where they purchased their shares. With respect to the cost at which they purchased their shares that is another matter. Next, my guess is that US Bank purchased began to purchase their shares at about the time that volume and price started to move a lot about 3-4 weeks ago. If so, they had an average price of $60-65/sh.

Last, a couple of questions.

Is it possible that we are currently in the 90 day blackout period? The last press release was Jan. 19th other than to announce new HQ.

Regarding business plan, the initial press release states that the name L3 was derived from plan to provide service on first 3 levels of internet. If that is correct, that would seem to imply that L3 will NOT directly compete with QWST. L3 would provide (1) end user market, (2) ISP/CLEC, and (3) regional network operations. L3 could purchase dark fiber from QWST, WMB, IIXC, etc. for backbone operations and replicate RCNC operations in other large markets. L3 could install backbone as necessary but not as a primary function. In other words, I have not seen any analysis of a symbiotic rather than competitive relationship between QWST and L3. Any thoughts?
