Here is part 2...Remember this is not my post...it's information found...make up your own mind...

Posted by thetruthhurts on March 12, 1998 at 17:53:42:

Well, many of you may remember my post a few weeks ago warning you of Mike, his band of merry men, and their
little shell stock games. So what have my few weeks proven? Let's take a peek:

In my initial post, I mentioned that the SEC has a new entity called the Internet Fraud Enforcement Unit and Mike ought
to be careful because he could be under surveillance. And, of course, I all but named the precise stock I was talking
about. Coincidence that CNHH hasn't been mentioned by Mike since then? What happened to those cute little
exchanges between he and Jimbo that went like this - "Hey Jimbo, should I sell my CNHH" - "No Mike, I'm holding
mine until $15" - "But Jimbo, we own the float. Why not go for $20?" - "Because I'm not greedy Mike. LOL I'll just
wait for $15." (unbelievable, huh?) Seems to me that Mikey boy and his little market makers got a little scared that
somebody in da guvenment wuz after dem. Coincidence that this stock plummeted after Mike stopped mentioning it
here from an Ask of 2 5/8 to 1 3/16? Coincidence that Mike (handle "Big Dog") on the CNHH thread had his last post
on February 24? Any of this a coincidence? I think not.

So let's examine what we have seen since then. A more "realistic" Mike. A Mike who is trying to restore some
credibility to his alias name before he can return to pumping his shell stock games. A Mike who now enters the real
world and "declares" his picks and gives everyone the momentum moves of the day. Funny thing is, he's out of one
scam and into another. Let me ask CW readers this: how many of you bought a pick that Mike recommended and
watched the bottom fall out by the end of the trade day? Let's take a stock called XYZ and say that Mike targets this one
for his "momentum investing". He and Jimbo each buy about $10k worth of stock the afternoon before or early in the
a.m. At precisely the same time that all shares are bought, he and Jimbo (or others) come out with a "Watch this one
run" or "This looks like the MOMENTUM PLAY OF THE DAY." Of course, it's a thinly traded stock. Any volume
will move it. And I suspect strongly that Mike's little CNHH market maker might even make an appearance in these
"momentum" plays. Point is Mike and Jimbo give the stock a bit of room to run and then they dump their shares at a
signficant move. If the stock traded at .30 to start the day, Mike and co. dump their shares starting around .37 or so,
giving them a tidy 20% or $2000 profit for the day. Sometimes they have been able to do this with 2 or 3 stocks in a
day!!!!!! And guess what, the average investor who sees CW buys in at the high. Mike is done, issues his "looks like
the momentum has died out" and the stock drops. All of Mike's followers (save those few able to buy in immediately)
get caught holding the bag. Pretty convenient. But I'll give Mike some credit - somewhere he realized he needs to be
more balanced. So now Mike is sure to point out his losers. Stocks of which I assure you Mike never held. He never
touched them. He cites to them just so you look at him as somebody who also takes losses. Makes him look more
human. More realistic. It ain't so. He never touched them. He only touches his daily pump and dump because if he can
generate an additional 50 to 100 thousand shares on thinly traded stock, he will win every time. Nice little operation he
has going. Might even be working better than the CNHH shell scam.

You folks just be careful. Notice how Mike will continue to brag about his account size and his holdings. Notice how
he always seems to get in at the low (which will now probably change since I am pointing this out). I'm not sure that I
would trust a WORD about this man's entry and exit points. You can rest assured that the momentum always seems to
FOLLOW his recommendation. It worked well for a week or so Mikey Boy but you've had your profits and you can't
sucker that many people out of their money before they catch on. You have managed to cloud your trail recently with
references to all kinds of picks and times and prices, etc. but you are still being watched by a hawk. :)

To all the dearly faithful: take a peek at what has happened to CNHH since I mentioned it. Mike is going to be steamed
about this post. Know why? Because he was hoping after enough time, he could return to touting his shell stock again
once people had forgotten about my post. He was hoping to build up some cache with his "bullseye" momentum plays
(as he scammed even more people). But bad news for you and your MM Mike, I ain't going away. Your little games
are suckering honest people out of money. You've lost a little bit of your harshness and arrogance but you haven't lost
one ounce of your fraudulence. Keep playing Mikey Boy. Some people really like the evidence they are accumulating
on you. :) :) :)
