I don't think Merrill needs the money that bad, nor the headaches or a tarnished reputation. They certainly don't want to operate or develop a wireless business. They are investment bankers that want to protect their own interests. By protecting their interests they also protect us. This is about all we have to hang on to at this point. They are very good at what they do, we are fortunate at this point to have them involved.
