I read your post and a story about IBUY at msnbc.com. If it's true that IBUY will come down in the near future, why is this a bad thing for the shorts? I understand that they are unable to sell due to Waldron's corner on the shares, but the shorts should eventually make huge profits.

By any standard there is something illegal going on when a company like IBUY has a stock price of $32.00/share.

If IBUY will crash like everyone is predicting, why are you and I not taking out a second mortgage on my home to short IBUY???
