Yesterday we just closed our fourth sale-leaseback with Golf Trust of America and our fifth lease overall. In January, I was promoted to President from my position as the CFO. I immediately cut underperforming assets and employees and instituted a number of programs to increase revenues and earnings per share. We have instituted a national purchasing program for both our managed and leased courses with savings on carts and heavy equipment from 15-25%. Granite Golf will share in these savings to our managed clubs. We have created a construction management division which will take advantage of the 300+ courses being built every year. Our leasing and acquisitions division will bring on an additional 12 courses in 1998. Strategically we are one of the most well-located golf operation companies in the Country. We are located primarily on the East coast, Florida and mid-atlantic golf markets, we have our own construction management division, and in my opinion one of the most experienced management teams in the business. What we haven't done a good job of is communicating that to our shareholders. In the next 30 days we will completely redo our Web Site, we will complete our first annual report, and we will become a reporting company before the end of the second quarter.
