Good post Brad but we will see. I appreciate the DD and the math,

Do you know what the stock is and the price?

I think you better look at it as well I am giving up 4 share for 1 I do not care how you color it is the same as a reverse split where you give up four shares of stock for one at a higher price is it not?

What if the share price of the other company is $1.50 and FAMH is $1.00 at the time?

Will you not lose .75 on the transaction?

if FAMH is at .50 and the NASDAQ is at $2.00 then it is the same thing as a reverse split is it not?

Now if the NASDAQ is $4.00 and FAMH is at .50 then you make double your money do you not?

Why would you buy FAMH till you know what the NASDAQ stock price is?

Maybe I am being clueless but remember I was in EUTO on a stock transaction and a lot of investors got nailed. I do not like the idea of swapping 4 for 1 until the price variables are clear.

But that was an excellent post.
