Since there are no borrows, one must sell the
stock naked (w/o a borrow).

Auric, I know MMs do it all the time but how does retail investors sell the stock naked? Since Waldron has cornered most of the float, it may be impossible to short the stock through the regular brokerage channel. In any case, I'll check with my discount broker for short sell availability.
