Bill was talking about a group of big investors, whose shareholdings must reach 5 % of the total outstanding before they have to file a report of ownership on Schedule 13D with the SEC. These shareholders have been said to be buying up PFCK shares like crazy, but are not yet at the 5 % level. The Company is not in any way having any trouble with the SEC (that wouldn't be a good rumor!!!).
