The warrant call should remove any lingering barrier to NMS status, and that should remove any lingering barrier for brokerages like Schwab that don't allow margin yet. The last time I checked, the only MM clearing more TAVA shares than Schwab's Mayer S. was Herzog. So if Schwab goes marginable on Tava, we could pop a $1 to the upside very quickly. Also, NMS should finally bring in the regional brokerages and their "buy" recs. Plus, recall that the Beck announcement promised some more utility contracts, and we're past due on those. Gee, and a build up in short interest, too. I guess I'll save my new thoughts on Coke for next week.
