I have followed TMSR for about three years after seeing their presentation at the Cruttenden conference -- but only bought the stock after seeing the recent road show for the aborted secondary offering.

The biggest problem with the stock is that they do a terrible job of getting their story out to the small and mid-sized institutional investors on a consistent basis. Their press releases do not give enough detail for analysts. And ... Steve gives a VERY boring slide presentation.

Bob (?) is correct, we shareholders elect the board and they (the board) are responsible to us, while management is responsible to the board. It is amazing how often I've seen annual meetings where shareholders re-elect the board of a poorly performing company and never ask the board any questions! If you are unhappy with the management, put the fire to the feet of the board members as they are the people who hire the management team.
