I have no information that Cymer has even purchased a single share. I think its more likely that this is an institutional investor.

Normally you'd see a Bid and Ask Size of 10 or so. When the price approaches $20 there is suddenly a Bid Size of 40 or so with an Ask Size of 10. If a wave of selling (or short-selling?) occurs the price sells down through $20, then minutes after the selling it snaps back to a Bid of $20.

I think Oracle's good showing should help give some enthusiasm to Tech stocks tomorrow. Confidence is returning.
