When you finish laughing, please educate a person like me -- apparently lacking the common sense possessed by yourself -- as to how a company suffers by moving from the "OTC arena" (where common sense is not a factor) to a larger exchange.

In addition, since that first request should be no problem for such a savvy and experienced trader, why would the management of that company, owners of approximately 70% of the company stock, broker a lousy deal in order to move to that exchange?
