I think a more logical choice for now would be TSIS aquiring another company so they can qualify for a small cap listing in the short term without having to wait for the two year revenue rule to come into effect. An aquisition along with a $3.00 share price(if memory serves)would be the fast lane to a small cap listing. As fast as TSIS is growing we could not reasonably rule out the possibility of them being aquired down the road IMHO.
