I think it does two things, psychologically a stock selling at $5.00 sounds better than $1.00 and secondly there is a new Nasdaq requirement for delisting stocks under $1.00. I don;t think it says anything about the fundamental picture for the company.

Is ADSO in direct competition with VSNR?
