Are you saying the Microsoft is taking Yahoo?

First, you can't add reach figures together. Unique visitors are not mutually exclusive. A hotmail user can be a Microsoft.com user.

Are any of those Microsoft sites growing at the same or faster rate than Yahoo? Hotmail, maybe, but I doubt the others are, so I can't see how cumulatively they're a threat to Yahoo's leadership. At this point the Microsoft site is product-specific for the most part. Most of the volume there isn't for Investor, Expedia, or Carpoint. It's for the Microsoft knowledge base, technical and developer issues, product information, driver and patch downloads, etc.

There are other comparisons that need to be made, particularly regarding international scale and buisiness models.
