Linda: Yes, it does. In fact, I wanted to buy at 13 but the broker messed it with the administrative tasks of registration (I did not have a broker before, and I needed one to buy on the nasdaq from france). So I was really angry when I bought at 17 1/2 , still hoping there was room for improvement ! I am still angry in a way ( could have 34 % more !), but it could be worse...
