Smoke and Mirrors,

It seems Dundee Bancorp (DBC.A) has relinquished its holdings knowing that a definite compensation package from the Kaz Government is eminent (a share value of $1 plus), as well as locking itself into a $9.5 million term loan "nothing like a fixed income, eh".

Common sense (the only investment advice.),

Poor and frustrated shareholders who have seen their holdings decrease by tens of millions of dollars have only to grasp onto a positive announcement about the compensation. But after months & months of waiting the only statement released was three sentences out of a three page newswire-

"the gov't (Kaz) recognizes its responsibility to pay"

(not positive or negative- it didn't even get its own paragraph!!!)

Not only does WWS and Dundee Bancorp know about the ruff estimate of the compensation package, IT IS PLAYING IT DOWN...why you ask? ...because the public float has been taken up by outside investors.

More smoke.

Dundee Bancorp knows investors will take the statement about unloading its shares, negatively (reflected in the present share price) makes a good buying opportunity. But it seems obviously that selling its controlling share cannot be as beneficial by picking a few million from the public float.

NOT TRUE.there's more

1-Libra Corporation- merger/acquisition with another Dundee controlled gold company.
2-Fees, lots and lots of fees.(personel pocket change)
3-Private placement- THE WINDFALL!

Still smokey.

But if Dundee Bancorp is no longer an insider of WWS how will it get the merger, fees and placement? The only answer is to look to World Wides Chairman and CEO- Paul A. Carroll, a long time friend and director of DBC. He is also senior management at Zemex Corp. and Juno Ltd. both controlled by the people at Dundee. He has also work for more than 10+ other companies which DBC has controlled in the past.

With the smoke gone.

Using this information and a little common sense, the compensation recognized by the Kazakhstan government should be in the $30+ million range.
