Yahoo Thread turning bullish: From "Whywhy" There is no rumour about finaincing for El Salvador. The company said they planned to make an annoucement in March weeks ago. Call Lenny, the company's PR person, and he will confirm this. As to the price of the stock getting to $5 makes no difference. Why would one wait for the stock to get over five to buy. One would just buy now and buy more once it over $5. This stock if you believe the analyst will make $1.35 in 1999 based on what is on the table now. That's less than 4 time EARNINGS yet many people are trading. The rumours that are out there that might have some merit are. THE POLAND DEAL?, Will the Germany project start in APRIL 1998. Where are the talks at in CHINA, EASTERN EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA and where is the finiance coming for GEORGIA plants and will they be done in 1999. As to the finiancing of the El Salvador project, I would not be surprise to find out that DUKE ENERGY was helping in the construction of the plant and with finiancing. This is a guess.
