DCF, Yes it makes sense. I don't see them being saved by it either. My comment about them being useful was in the context of Mark's origional comments about a person of free will experiencing God. If we have free will to exercise in the experience of God, then the Pharisees provide an object lesson. This is useful to us, not the Pharisees. But it is very useful to us and there is a certain beauty in such a clear sign. I'm sorry if I'm being fuzzy but I haven't tried to put these feelings into words before. Henry
