"NASDAQ Stocks with Greatest % Rise in Volume" appears on p. A16.

I should also mention something potentially more important: ITVU is mentioned on p A17 in the "15% Most Up in Volume"

Once a stock goes over 1, Institutions can buy it (there are internal rules against buying "cheap" stocks) and, stocks over 12 show up in these IBD tables. This is realy significant.

I plan to hold.....tight Perhaps adding more.
