i spoke with Mr. Brandt March 6th, while he was in europe ( he sits on the board of directors for another company over there), here is a condensed version of our conversation. Mr. Brandt stated that under the forbearance agreement mfn has repaid over $400 millon dollars to date, and says "mercury's fortunes continue to improve", he actually repeated this phrase three times during our conversation. As far as the forbearance agreement is concerned there is no need to renew it, as the creditors r happy with the current position mfn is in, and both Mr. Brandt and the creditor's did not want to waste time or money, with a new forbearance agreement, and Mr. Brandt states that if they did it would be strickly to calm the shareholders , but it would be strickly cosmatic in nature, bacause all parties concerned do not feel the need for it. and before i get a lot of dumb questions about my relationship with Mr. Brandt, let me explain i am an intellectual giant, i picked up the phone and called him, and he returned my phone call from europe, folks u can be intellectual giants too, to find info or confirm info call mfn and ask for Mr. Brandt or Fred the Cheif operating officer.
