Jerard:
I will take a stab at your questions, if I may. First of all, in order for the market to function efficiently, every participant needs the level of information . With regards to the investment opportunity presented by Naxos and its FL property, this clearly is not the case (yet). So there is a lot of work to be done until Naxos is widely known - I am not sure this will happen by itself.

Secondly, I believe there are a few open questions. For example:

1. What happened to the J/L deal?
2. Will JJ keep the voting proxy on 10 million shares?
3. Why are the numbers considerably lower that the ones previously reported?
4. What happened to the PGMs?
5. How many founders flips did JJ do to end up with his current equity position?

I could continue the list but I don't want to sound like a party pooper. The fact remains that yesterday's news is excellent and Naxos has enormous potential.
