Ian, I would say you are about right, on the other hand holding companies usually trade at a discount to their holdings (10-30%), this may not be the case here since it would be a cheap way to get a good size control of Baton by buying 51% of the spin off. The Visual business could be worth as much as 5-6$ based on P/Sratio's in my opinion. Thanks for the post, I saw it Yday, didn't put here frankly because I didn't think anyone was interested... You can see when I started this thread I was buying in the $11 range based on what I thought was almost a can't lose event. I'm very happy, haven't sold a share and added to my position twice, although I do have outstanding open orders at $20 to start selling. Might be good for $25 in total. Scott
