Here's a recent article on Ralph A.'s latest DOW 10,000 forecast: dljdirect.com Ralph has indeed flip-flopped on the timing of this forecast. I believe he had been calling for 1998, then pushed the forecast out to 1999, & now just pulled it back to 1998. My recollection is that Bob's reaction to the DOW 10000 forecast for 1998 was "no way".
