- When or whether to do an IPO
- At what initial price an IPO should be offered

Stealthy,

The key is the bank buying 10% of the shares. I think the post indicating an average buy price of $60 is accurate, it may be a bit lower. I can't fathom how this could have come about without the explicit understanding of KIWT management, ie, US Bancorp didn't just read the paper and decide to buy 10% of the shares. If you assume KIWT mgmt and the bank have been talking then the price absolutely DOES matter. I was extremely glad to see that this mystery was semi-resolved by the SEC filing and to know there are real players behind the runup.

There is no way KIWT will offer this stock in an IPO in such a manner to cause US Bancorp to get killed on their purchases, therefore I feel good about my investment.

Thanks,

Phil
