Del and Hubert... Thanks for the feedback. Was rereading the S-1/A.
Boy has this company dug a hole for itself... even the Thimble Square
interests are bailing. A few more quarters of loses, as anticipated,
and they should be up to 25,000,000 shares and $20,000,000 in debt...
let see, that is worth about $0.06/share on the OTC:BB.

You are right... all I can remember are the corncob pipes and the
backwoods "white lightning" around Waverly. This whole Innovo scenario
has everything from PT Barnum to George Chelekis "THE DEADLY ART OF
STOCK MANIPULATION...." Anything to keep the public interested and to keep "hanging" more paper. Good thing they brought their Delaware indemnification papers up to speed... they may well need the future protection. How is your coverage?

The Anderson-Lasko reports and SEC filings do make interesting reading.
She has done an admirable job in deciphering the Nasdaq legalize for
the layperson. By studying the company and the MMs on this one, we can
all see how the "fleecing" of the sheep plays out.

Del, I don't think it is safe to assume that a large transaction or
block sale at either bid or asked is necessarily a sell or buy... we
are only allowed to see the inside of the spread. MMs can sell at ask
and buy at bid... we have no access to their "book". The MMs could
even be "streaking" shorts.

I will be interested in reading Richard Frye's report on the
Red Boiling Springs facility.
