To MGBA Management: Congratulations on your court victory. Could you expand on your news release and tell us if an appeal may be made by the loser and if not do you know if they have sufficient financial assets to actually pay the damage award? If the answer is positive for MGBA, when do you anticipate receipt of the funds and is the figure cited net of legal fees? Thank you for any contribution you can make to this inquiry. TLW
