Colin, I would never insinuate that I doubt any part of your post. However, can it be said that it all depends on who you are talking to at the time? Wednesday, 8:45 am West coast time. Helen West reply to my question about "the contract" " The new contract has been sent to Joe Murphy and it is performance based. The agreement is in Joe Murphy's ballpark." If this is true, than the "contract" must have appeared on Frank's desk sometime after Wednesday, at 08:45. It would be nice to have everyone in the same room at the same time! <g> James
