I didn't say that you shouldn't call the company. My comment is that it's always a waste of time because they can't tell you anything that hasn't been "widely disseminated". Even worse they will always put the best face on a situation, no matter the truth. My time is spent reading and analyzing. I don't count on it being done for me. Sorry you took my post more personally than it was meant to be. Dwight
