I concur with your evaluation of Len Harris. I also spoke with him for about 20 minutes on Tuesday evening and he told me exactly the same thing you reported. I would have posted myself, but I've been out of town. He comes across as very knowledgable about details and is more than willing to share the facts. There's not a hint of hype. This speaks very well for CVR. When these resources are finally recognized and properly valued, CVR will go up. I bought in on Wed, and expect to accumulate more on weakness.

P.S. Ray -- I'm also awaiting the IR pkg. Sorry to hear it doesn't say much about Washington. Probably because of the fast developing nature of that situation, they haven't been able to include the most relevant info yet.
