Eric,

Eric since all of us really don't know the entire situation between
Lance and Bernard and I feel that passing judgement against Lance and
how he has handled his agreement is like you accusing someone without
getting a fair trial. Right now it appears that AVAL is going to do
Lances newsletter which comes out soon so if Bernard really feels that
Lance is a liar then why would he use his newsletter.

This stock has always had low volume so someone who has lots of stock
will need volume to sell some which will take volume to do that. Hopefully Lances newsletter and Bernards support will provide that
when all this news comes out.

PBLC is long right now and has paper he bought at 25 cents. I don't
think you will find any mm wanting to sell stock down here as where
would they have picked up paper to sell of any magnitude at 20 cents.
The other three mm's are short and are trying to find paper down here
but are finding any takers so this spread is just manipulation on their part. When things are ready this spread will tighten up.

I have full confidence in Bernard Hicks and know he will get the job
done. I have confidence in Lance Fortt also knowing he will do his
job but only after arrangements are made which should come very soon.

If anyone has any more gripes about this deal Call Bernard Hicks at
800-772-4068 or Lance at 800-828-1866. Right now we can bitch or bid
or sit still and let things develop.
