AND NOW - FOR THE MISSING...

distribution and teleconferencing products which provide television
quality, full color, full motion (30 frames per second) video. SYSTEMS'
products operate in a Local Video Network=81 over existing unshielded twiste=
d
pair (UTP) and interface to Wide Area Network (WAN) environments. SYSTEMS'
products are manufactured within the stringent ISO 9000 and Bell Core
standards, allowing a five year warranty period.

does anyone else find it, shall we say, *interesting*, that this statement was not included in the press release? coincidence??? things to make you go hmmmm.....

to the person that said soe will open at $0.05... if soe has a product, even a lan product, this stock will not touch $0.05. comparing it to idid and giving it idid's stock price is ridiculous. idid has a market cap of $30-40 million right now (at $0.05). i don't even think they have a product.

soe, at $0.05, would have a market cap of $3.2 million. don't think so. at $0.50 we would be equivalent to idid. time for some financial reality...

folks, we have a company. they can't hire anybody to add and we don't know *exactly* what product they have, but that's ok with me right now ;-)

good luck... :-)

ps - i wonder what could be so bad in the financial due 10/15? what about old financials???
