Eliot, I don't know what BEL exact schedule is or even where it will deploy first. My previous post was to say they are trying as hard as they can to get everything in place to launch ASAP. They don't want a screw up in anything to mar the launch. Very conservative. Some may believe they are/will delay launch for some competitive or other reason but my cut is they are moving as fast as their capability allows to get it on market. best to all......Bill
