Yo gtr May be I could shed some light on this if you don't mind. NR on January stated that company would get the results within a week implying that the insiders have already known the test results at that time. If the results were to be positive, you would be seeing a massive accumulation at this time instead of dumping by numbers of houses. You got to learn how to read the news release between the line as I always do. Insiders dumped shares all the way down to 0.30, then brokers lifted stock up to 0.60 then shorted all the way back to a dime. I hope that help
