John, I'm not in ATEC... I just drop in to needle Mike Irving! Hypester deluxe. This stock is a dog, a poorly managed company, that relies on scammer's to try to "make" the stock.

Example: where is the huge Y2K acquisition that was to propel the stock onward and upward?

Example: Remember the Mike Irving hype that "no way will the mm's allow this to drop below 5.00 share..."

I wonder if Mike Irving is still on the "payroll" of ATEC. He supposedly disagreed with management on the reverse split (or so he told me personally) so I am wondering if his hype contract has run out or what. If not, perhaps their planning another slick selling campaign...bottom line is;

Management screwed every shareholder (including themselves) by doing the reverse split. They refused to listen to shareholders, only to their "Investment Bankers." Note that not ONE item of the reasons for the split has occurred!

Bottom line, shareholders have been mislead by management, (fraud) and by Mike Irving -- ATEC's hired mouthpiece. To bad that ATEC had to listen to their "Investment Bankers". As I said in Ocotober/November, had they not split -- and allowed the company to operate as is, the stock would have rallied. Now this company, Mike Irving et al. have absolutely NO CREDIBILITY on the street. In as much as the market is driven by perception, is it no wonder that ATEC is a dog of a stock, stuck with these idiots leading the ship?

(Unless of course they all shorted their holdings! *wink* But we would never know that!)
