FBN Announces Business Partnership Agreement in Albania

Sedona, AZ, March 13, 1998

FBN Associates (NASDAQ:FBNA), through its wholly owned subsidiary, FBN International Ltd., has announced today that it has entered into a Business Partnership Agreement to provide Year 2000 Factory Services with W.T.F. in Albania. The Year 2000 problem arises from computer programs written in the 1970s and 1980s by lazy, snot-nosed programmers who figured it would be someone else's problem to fix in the year 2000. The world-wide market to repair the Year 2000 problem is estimated to be in excess of $13 trillion.

TEDennis, FBN's CEO, stated: "I am pleased, delighted, and tickled pink to welcome W.T.F. to our rapidly expanding network of international paper partners. Our research shows that people often mistake alliances for actual work in progress thus bringing a better awareness to FBN and the year 2000 problem in general. Our proven ability to get interest in FBN worldwide will allow us to better cash in on this problem and reach our Year 2000 goals."

Jeff Mitchell, FBN's VP of R&D added: "This relationship with W.T.F. is another very exciting step forward for FBN's international operation. With so many small countries throughout the world, I think it safe to say we could do an alliance a week and still not run out of material."

FBN is a Year 2000 remediation company and, for tax reasons, also registered as a religion with the state of California. FBN specializes in new and innovative ways to enhance shareholder value using the Year 2000 problem.
