Hi Schleicher,

How are things in Europe? Anyway the company will be releasing information very soon on plant operations. I talked with a few of my major shareholders who flew out to the plant in CA. To say the very least, They decided to buy more stock. The 330,000 share volume on Wednesday on the OTCBB exchange showed how impressed and encouraged they felt about the near term success of the company.

The current price per share reflects the problems of few major shareholders in Canada. Apparently, these individuals including Don Farrell, Farrell Financial ltd., have fallen on hard times because of trading practices in the gold and metal mining sectors. These shareholders where involved in these companies,V.LMX, V.GMD & V.SND, as well as AIRP. So, between Dec. 15 and Feb. 13 an estimate 6.5 million share of AIRP dumped into the market. Don Farrell resigned his position with the company. Fortunately, I have loyal shareholders, including yourself, who helped me distribute this large amount of shares throughout their existing positions in AIRP.

The DUMPING has stopped... an NOW the price per share should start to move in an upward pattern on the validity of the companies products and markets/sales.

Thank you for your support and remember you are an important part of the overall success of AIR PACKAGING TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

With Warmest Regards,

Rich
