FWIW, Yesterday my lady spoke to Michael Dooley with DFNL. He unequivocally denied that DFNL was involved in any law suit and said it was in last press release. The suit is between Donna Anderson, an individual, not acting as a rep from BlueSage. The law suit is over the possession of Mrs Anderson's film library, which has been in dispute since her husbands death. It has nothing to do with the Korean War video announced yesterday. The 10k has been sent to Edgar, and he clearly said more news is due out next week. The stock is near where TM originally mentioned it. I'm nibbling here, and will add when the 10k hit. He also said that the management prior to new CEO, were not exactly looking out for the shareholders in 96. The losses incurred during that time, allows write offs going forward, that will allow all the future revs to go straight to the bottom line, without taxes taking a large chunk of the profits. They seemed very focused on getting Nasdaq/Amex listing and said the book value is over .90. I suggest you call yourself as part of your DD. The phone # is listed on the press release that denies any lawsuits Any hint of trouble causes a quick departure of the penny players, perhaps this war between TM and 'other jealous' pundits has created a buying opportunity. Call and see for yourself.
