Q ain't dead yet but court will give okay for sale soon. Both plants will be put up for open bids by bankruptcy lawyer Allen Shine and first to be paid from monies received will be salaried personnel. There won't be any left for other creditors.Jim Palermo and Quade have asked for their salaries to be paid upon Q assets. Wondering why Co. now has two CFO's and two CEO's? Whom ever buys Vista plant-needs production capability from RI plant so someone might buy whole package. If so it is very possible that the Q will then be able to get financing under new team. Contracts for the shafts are still existing but they OEMs need assurance that plant can support demand.
