The Systems of Excellence engineer admitted that only some conditions will alow 30 frames per second video conferencing. Over a WAN like Hydro's we could only hope that 30 frames per second will be acheived. We have a WinFrame NT box in the office, even with the amount of traffic at night we do not get full through put. So far this is the fastest IP and remote access system I have witnessed. Some days we cannot %100 through put on the UTP. The conditions for SEXI's equipment must be perfect to get full 30 frames per second video conferencing. The engineer from SEXI admitted that a campus network environment will work best, but will still not be able to acheive perfect 30 frames per second, but close. That is why 30 frames per second is only a hype. No one can have a perfect network topology everyone knows that. This is why the engineer at Hydro said SEXI can hype their product, because in ome conditions 30 frames per second is acheivable. Daniel
