Sorry Ken, no idea. Perhaps disappointment that it didn't run with the bubbles - er- bulls and shoot up with the other 'net stocks. Investing in momentum that doesn't materialize really pisses off the momo hot money. Wasn't there also general weakness in brokerage stocks lately? Good luck, Bob
