Hey Gary,
SLB had good support in the 68-70 range. Its last signal was a double bottom break after managing to break its bearish resistance line. If you are aggressive, OK here otherwise wait for some sort of recovery to the upside. FA wise I've heard SLB is good.

Others in this sector worth considering:
VRC: Has a strong RS and is above the bullish support line. Nice pullback here with a stop of 20 short term and 18.5 long term.
HAL: Trading above bullish support line and never broke it (neither did VRC forgot to mention that). Nice pullback here with a stop of 42.
MDCO: Above trend line, stop of 16.
NE is right on the edge. A move to 25 would take it out of the picture.
Of course we are still waiting for GLM to break that 25 resistance but we may be old and grey before that happens.
VRC and HAL are my faves here. VRC has the strongest RS.
