This ILGX "disater" is getting worse. They announce a slowdown, stock is now downgraded. HOWEVER, ULGX does not talk about the most important thing of all ... the very real possibility that, as the court has found, they violated their license of the patent and they, therefore are "Up the creek". Say it ain't so, ULGX, I challenge you. I should have not only sold at a loss (got out around 16) but shorted at the same time.
