Yet, this is the first time I've seen anything in print about "obligate partners" for LGND's JAK/STAT's technology. We know that rexinoids are "obligate partners" in heterodimers, but apparently only in intracellular signalling, as opposed to cytokine signalling. Can you update us on where LGND sits regarding Src Kinases, and, whether the inclusion of Src Kinases, with JAKs & STATs, as "obligate partners" augments or diminishes the hegemony of our JAK/STAT technology?
