clam, Been reading recently published hard back books? When Paul Johnson handed me a copy i thought it was gonna be another "lets turn a research report into a book thing." It's a great book huh? there are no gorillas as you get closer to the business specific domain knowledge. There's plenty of room in the total segment. The psychology has changed for Vantive, investors are realizing they want to be in this sector and vantive's a good bet too.
