Some food for thought. CA was rebuffed by CSC in the last month; however, it is still readily apparent that CA wants to enter the service sector of the software market. ISLI is just beginning to ramp up its service sector with the Y2K consulting agreements. Would they not likely make a good match. CA CEO has stated that they will be making a series of small purchases in the service software segment. While this is only an opinions, I believe the future bodes will for ISLI regardless of a takeover. In either case, I do believe a takeover is possible!
